Strachur & District British legion

The British Legion formed on 15th May, 1920 bringing together four national organisations of ex-servicement that established themselves after the first World War. The main purpose was to care for those who had suffered as a result of services and to provide help for the families.

Strachur & District Branch was established in 1949.
