Betty Jenkins Bridge

BETTY JENKINS
The bridge was named after her. She was washer woman for Strachur House. The wash house was situated at the bridge, the Inverglen burn being the source of water.
In 2026, Strachur and District History Society carried out a Dig to uncover the site of the house.
